We take great care in packaging our candles, however we are posting a delicate product! So please get in touch with us via email on hello@thebohemianco.com.au if your product has been damaged in transit.
We do not offer a return for change of mind, however if you are unhappy with your product, please contact us.

** NOTE, POSTAGE IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD. Offering pick up Woodvale, WA and delivery in some locations for a small fee.
We post Australia wide at a flat rate. We also offer substantial shipping discount on bulk orders within Australia! We aim to be environmentally friendly by reusing boxes and packaging where we can. Postage is super costly right now (come on Australia) so we apologise, however it’s out of our hands! ** on hold.
Local pick up and delivery
We are located in Woodvale, Perth WA. Select Local Pickup at check out. We will touch base with our address and ta-da it’s as simple as that! If it’s urgent, send us an email or DM. If we’re not home, we leave the product in a safe, dry and shaded spot for you to grab on the day you state. You may even see Humphrey peeking through the window!
