OUR STORY

I’m Dan, candle maker since 2016. With two adorable assistants, the original fluffy Humphrey Banjo and our mini recruit, Finn Martin, we are the hearts behind The Bohemian Co.

Like many of us in this beautiful yet chaotic world, I’m forever searching for my equilibrium. The Bohemian Co. was created as a way of slowing down and finding balance from my role as a Social Worker. Now as a mama, candle making is continuing to bring me the self expression I didn’t realise I needed, and a moment away from the wonderful yet all consuming endeavour that is life.

We truly believe there is something soothing about lighting our candles, the gentle aromas and dancing flames will remind you to slow down and catch your breathe.

Our mission at The Bohemian Co. is to ‘create candles that bring balance and joy to your home, just like creating them brings to ours. We wish for our candles to make moments for each of you brighter and a little more zen.’
