We use soy wax in our whole candle range, which is a natural and renewable product. This means they emit far less soot than regular paraffin candles and release no toxins into the air.

Ensure the wick is no longer than 5mm in length. Untrimmed wicks can cause smoke which may darken the inside of your glass. If there’s black residue on the inside of your candle jar, wipe the jar clean with a damp cloth whilst the candle is not lit. Your candles will be posted within 48-72 hours upon receiving your order. Depending on where you are in Australia, please allow 2-7 days for your order to arrive via Australia Post. Unfortunately there are delays due to the pandemic, which is out of our hands, and we thank you for your patience if this does occur.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If for some reason you don’t receive this information, please send us an email on hello@thebohemianco.com.au.

We sure do! We are located in Greenwood, WA. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we will touch base with our address and ta-da it’s as simple as that! We leave your candles in a safe, dry and shaded spot at our front door for you to grab on the day you state. You may even see Humphrey peeking through the window!

We do at times deliver for a small fee depending on suburb - mainly in the northern and central suburbs of Perth. Please get in touch with us via social media or email prior to placing your order to enquire. Keep an eye out on social media for delivery promos too!

Absolutely! We make candles for any occasion at no extra cost. Think baby showers, thank you gifts, engagements, grief and loss. Check out our website under ‘personalised gifts’ for examples and info or check out our social media!

Absolutely! We can send the product directly to your loved one. Your candles will be delicately wrapped in bubble wrap, brown paper and beautifully tied off with twine. We include a hand written gift note so please make a note on what you would like written and who it is from at checkout. For delivery, touch base with us prior to placing your order.

We do! At no extra cost!  Please let us know in the note section if your purchase is a gift. Unfortunately we can’t send gift bags via post.
